Over the last fifteen years, I've immersed myself in the world of the guitar, improvised music and composition, dedicating daily time to study and practice. Along the way, I've had the privilege of being mentored by a variety of experts. Either during performances, lessons, or recordings. I've incorporated insights from psychology and bodywork practices into my musical pursuits and development. This has shaped my teaching philosophy, which blends disciplined practice with a holistic approach grounded in psychology, spirituality, and science. My aim is to provide effective systems for students committed to growth, devoid of shortcuts or gimmicks.

Lessons are conducted either online via Zoom or in person at my studio in The Hague, The Netherlands.
